We can service and repair most makes and models of stairlifts including:

Stairlift Servicing

We recommend that your stairlift is serviced once a year. If you use it particularly frequently

or it is in public use then you should consider having it serviced every 6 months.

Our comprehensive service includes:

· Check the stairlift functions correctly.

· Check all safety features.

· Check structural integrity.

· Check Batteries.

· Test RCD.

· Clean Chair and Rail.

· Lubricate chain/rack and where required.

Any adjustments needed are included in the service. Parts are not usually required but would be extra to the price if they are.

If any major works were required we would discuss this with you and provide a quotation before proceeding.

Stairlift Breakdowns and Repairs

If your Stairlift should break down we can usually get it going again.

We have a call out charge which includes the first hours labour. We will usually repair your Stairlift for this amount, plus any parts required. If it is a particularly long job, we might charge per hour for extra labour, we try to avoid this and it is rare that we ask for any more than the call out charge.

We try to carry a stock of the parts which fail most frequently, but cannot guarantee to have the part you need. There is usually no second call out charge if we have to return with the correct part.
